The Fool is the first release of Elisa Do Brasil's Tarot series on Vahana Records.

A long-term collaboration between Elisa and Miss Jena, Toulouse artist.
Every release of the series is the result of many years in studio, experience shared between Elisa and talented artists, following their love for dnb over the years, influences and experiences. Every artwork, card, will illustrate the journey.

The fool card symbolises new beginnings. Starting over the journey with confidence. Jumping eyes closed into the right path.

THE FOOL was written many years ago after Elisa Do Brasil's first Outlook festival. The very first collaboration with the amazing parisian producer, Skwig.
A love letter to the festival, to soulfool music, hypnotising basslines and amen breaks. Falling in love again and again with drum n bass, feeling the joy of dancing in front of a beautiful sound system, being a junglist soldier, forever.

SOLEIL NOIR is the result of weekly short studio sessions with Agôn, another talented French producer at "Art Liquide" studio near Paris.
Holding on to a mental, deep and minimal bassline, focussing on music during the long Paris winter. Sweet amen breaks bring back the joy and sunny days in the second part of the track.

With DONE NOTHING, Elisa Do Brasil and Skwig deliver a minimal, dark and mental statement. Pointing conjugal violence and its damages on mental health.

Last track of the EP, HEALING is a deep and mental track with repetitive bass lines. Healing process, finding the light at the end of the tunnel.
